Is Facebook a great invention?

Theoretically speaking Facebook is a very important, impeccable invention. It has glued people to their computers, tablets, phones etc. Yet don’t you think the amount of money Facebook has made could buy tons of food for the poor? It is the ultimate source of information and current issues. Mark Zuckerberg made the sense of discovery and invention solely to implement the idea that it reflects our humanity. In my opinion Facebook is one of the greatest inventions ever made up to this date

In the view of the majority, Facebook is a great invention. The simplicity of it amazes me; although sometimes it’s slightly slow on smartphones. I personally think I could have made Facebook myself ‘if’ I had the brains, idea, and knowledge. Furthermore it allows me to connect to people like for example: friends, family etc. It’s reasonable to say that I can interact with anyone I want, unless they block me, don’t you think? Also I think the name ‘Facebook’ is so imaginative and creative; I could have never thought of that. Joking aside, this name is so simple, it frustrates me that why couldn’t I think of this. All is said and done; Facebook has over 1.3 billion users, which is a fact and makes them the top social networking site in the world.

The way Facebook offers its users a chance to create a new or improved identity is just naturally strange. The abundant number of 13 year olds who can bypass Mother Nature with a click of their mouse can be any age they want. No one has the time to check their real age, have they? Facebook even allows you to be creative with your job title. Facebook user Simon Lead says, “I’m un-employed but girls would rather prefer entrepreneur.

The man’s got a point. In juxtaposition some people wouldn’t even bother having Facebook if they were unemployed as this stops the amount of friends they attract.
